Do I need a parking space for the team?Yes. Please make sure there is an available parking place near your property on the day of the appointment, as we will need to unload the products and equipment.

Do I need to sign a contract or pay a deposit?No, you do not. Each cleaning appointment is undertaken on a job by job basis. We will continue to clean for as long as you are happy, and you have need of our services.

What is your price per hour?£18 per hour, for each cleaner. All eco-cleaning products and equipment are included in the hourly rate.

Is there a specific payment date/time or method?You can pay by either bank transfer or cash. There is no specific payment date, but as soon as possible is preferred!

Are green cleaning methods safe and effective?Yes, our cleaning products kill up to 99.9% of bacteria. We use a range of Miniml and Delphis anti-bacterial and sanitising products, plus some created ourselves, to clean your home. Using green cleaning products can help to reduce the human health and environmental concerns that comes along with cleaning.
